An intricately and sensitively carved set of six native New Zealand bird feathers representing individual family members of the client. The children were integral in the decision making process helping to decide which birds had most significance to them. Designed as an installation in their home, carvings are of kahu, kakariki, kea, kereru, ruru and kotare feathers.

Carvings measure apx. 40cm in length each, are crafted from rimu and painted in acrylics.
