Familiar to coastal areas these large, albatross like birds fly in noisy flocks around The Brown Bach Studio. Seeing these birds daily and finding their moulted feathers was the motivation for creating this carving.

This piece has been carved from rimu and painted with acrylic. It measures 49 x 8 x 1 cm and is fitted with a D-ring for easy hanging indoors. Dust with a soft cloth as required.
